เงื่อนไขการใช้งานนี้เป็นข้อตกลงระหว่างคุณกับ บริษัท คิงส์ ศาสตรา จำกัด ("บริษัท", "เรา") ในการใช้แอปพลิเคชันและเว็บไซต์ actorio Smart Financial ("บริการ") โปรดอ่านโดยละเอียด การสมัครหรือใช้บริการถือว่าคุณยอมรับเงื่อนไขนี้
1. การยอมรับเงื่อนไข
เมื่อคุณสมัครใช้งานหรือใช้บริการ ถือว่าคุณได้อ่าน เข้าใจ และตกลงผูกพันตามเงื่อนไขนี้และนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว หากไม่ยอมรับ โปรดงดใช้บริการ
2. คำนิยาม
"ผู้ใช้" หมายถึงบุคคลหรือนิติบุคคลที่สมัครใช้บริการ · "บัญชี" หมายถึงบัญชีผู้ใช้บนบริการ · "เนื้อหา" หมายถึงข้อมูลที่ผู้ใช้บันทึกหรืออัปโหลด · "Zeny" หมายถึงคะแนนสะสมภายในแอป
3. คุณสมบัติและการสมัครบัญชี
- คุณต้องให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน และรับผิดชอบในการรักษารหัสผ่านให้เป็นความลับ
- คุณต้องมีอายุครบตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด หรือได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครอง
- คุณรับผิดชอบต่อกิจกรรมทั้งหมดที่เกิดขึ้นภายใต้บัญชีของคุณ
4. ประเภทบัญชีและสิทธิการใช้งาน
4.1 บัญชีส่วนบุคคล
สำหรับผู้ใช้ 1 คน เข้าถึงฟีเจอร์ครบทุกอย่างสำหรับการบริหารการเงินส่วนตัว ใช้ได้ทั้งเว็บและมือถือ พื้นที่จัดเก็บข้อมูลเริ่มต้น 1GB
4.2 บัญชีครอบครัว
ใช้งานร่วมกันได้ 2–5 คน สมาชิกสามารถเข้าสู่ระบบและบันทึกพร้อมกันได้ โดยบริหารเป้าหมายเดียวกัน (เช่น คู่สามีภรรยา หรือพ่อแม่ลูก) พื้นที่จัดเก็บเริ่มต้น 3GB · ผู้ถือบัญชีหลักเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบการจัดการสมาชิกและการชำระเงิน
4.3 บัญชีองค์กร
สำหรับธุรกิจ/นิติบุคคล รองรับผู้ใช้ ไม่เกิน 5 คน ต่อแพ็กเกจมาตรฐาน หากเกินจำนวนต้องชำระค่าบริการเพิ่มต่อผู้ใช้ มีผังบัญชี (chart of accounts) แยกบัญชีธุรกิจกับส่วนตัว และการจัดการทีม/สิทธิ์ผู้ใช้ พื้นที่จัดเก็บเริ่มต้น 5GB เพิ่มได้ +5GB ในราคา ฿49/เดือน
5. ค่าบริการและการชำระเงิน
- ราคา: ส่วนบุคคล ฿59 · ครอบครัว ฿99 · องค์กร ฿190 ต่อเดือน (มีตัวเลือกรายปีและราคาโปรโมชัน Early Bird) ราคายังไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT)
- ทดลองใช้ฟรี 30 วัน: ทุกแพ็กเกจ ไม่ต้องผูกบัตรเครดิต
- การต่ออายุ: หากเลือกชำระแบบต่อเนื่อง บริการจะต่ออายุอัตโนมัติตามรอบที่เลือก จนกว่าจะยกเลิก
- ช่องทางชำระเงิน: ในประเทศ — PromptPay, TrueMoney, โมบายแบงก์กิ้ง · ต่างประเทศ — PayPal
6. นโยบายการคืนเงิน
รับประกันความพอใจ 30 วัน — หากคุณไม่พอใจภายใน 30 วันแรกหลังชำระเงิน สามารถขอคืนเงินเต็มจำนวนได้ โดยติดต่อทีมงานผ่านช่องทางที่กำหนด การคืนเงินจะดำเนินการตามช่องทางการชำระเงินเดิม
7. พื้นที่จัดเก็บข้อมูล
แต่ละแพ็กเกจมีพื้นที่จัดเก็บตามที่ระบุ หากใช้เต็มสามารถซื้อพื้นที่เพิ่มได้ตามอัตราที่ประกาศ
8. ระบบคะแนนและ Zeny
- การใช้งานแอปจะได้รับค่าประสบการณ์ (EXP) และคะแนน Zeny ซึ่งสามารถนำไปแลกสินค้า/สิทธิประโยชน์ตามที่บริษัทกำหนด
- Zeny ไม่ใช่เงินตราหรือทรัพย์สินที่แลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้ ไม่สามารถโอนให้ผู้อื่น ขาย หรือขอคืนเป็นเงินสด เว้นแต่บริษัทกำหนดเป็นอย่างอื่น
- บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปรับเงื่อนไข อัตราแลก หรือยกเลิกรายการแลกของได้ โดยจะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าตามสมควร
9. การใช้งานที่ยอมรับได้
คุณตกลงจะไม่: ใช้บริการเพื่อการผิดกฎหมายหรือฉ้อโกง, เข้าถึงระบบโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต, รบกวน/ทำลายความปลอดภัยของระบบ, ทำวิศวกรรมย้อนกลับ, หรือใช้บริการในทางที่ละเมิดสิทธิของผู้อื่น
10. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
บริการ ซอฟต์แวร์ โลโก้ และเนื้อหาของแอปเป็นทรัพย์สินของบริษัท ส่วนข้อมูลที่คุณบันทึก ("เนื้อหาของผู้ใช้") ยังคงเป็นของคุณ โดยคุณให้สิทธิแก่บริษัทในการประมวลผลเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อให้บริการ
11. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิดและคำปฏิเสธทางการเงิน
actorio เป็นเครื่องมือช่วยบริหารและวางแผนการเงิน ไม่ใช่ที่ปรึกษาการลงทุน การเงิน ภาษี หรือกฎหมาย ข้อมูล รายงาน และการคาดการณ์ในแอปมีไว้เพื่อการอ้างอิงเท่านั้น ไม่ถือเป็นคำแนะนำทางการเงิน การตัดสินใจใด ๆ เป็นความรับผิดชอบของคุณ บริการจัดให้ "ตามสภาพที่เป็น" และบริษัทไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมเท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต
12. การระงับและยกเลิกบัญชี
คุณสามารถยกเลิกบัญชีได้ทุกเมื่อ บริษัทอาจระงับหรือยกเลิกบัญชีที่ละเมิดเงื่อนไขนี้ เมื่อยกเลิก สิทธิการใช้บริการจะสิ้นสุดลง และข้อมูลจะถูกจัดการตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว
13. การเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข
บริษัทอาจปรับปรุงเงื่อนไขนี้เป็นครั้งคราว โดยจะแจ้งวันที่ปรับปรุงล่าสุด การใช้บริการต่อถือว่าคุณยอมรับเงื่อนไขฉบับใหม่
14. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
เงื่อนไขนี้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับของกฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย ข้อพิพาทใด ๆ ให้อยู่ในเขตอำนาจของศาลไทย

These Terms form an agreement between you and King's Sastra Co., Ltd. ("the Company", "we") for use of the actorio Smart Financial app and website ("the Service"). By signing up or using the Service, you accept these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Definitions
"User" means an individual or legal entity that subscribes · "Account" means a user account on the Service · "Content" means data users record or upload · "Zeny" means in-app reward points.
3. Eligibility & Registration
- You must provide accurate, current information and keep your password confidential.
- You must meet the legal age requirement or have parental consent.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Account Types & Usage Rights
4.1 Personal
For 1 user. Full access to all features for personal finance, on web and mobile. 1GB starting storage.
4.2 Family
Shared by 2–5 users who can log in and record simultaneously toward shared goals (e.g., couples or parents and children). 3GB starting storage. The primary account holder manages members and billing.
4.3 Organization
For businesses/legal entities, supporting up to 5 users per standard plan; additional users incur extra per-seat fees. Includes a real chart of accounts, separation of business and personal, and team/role management. 5GB starting storage, expandable +5GB at ฿49/month.
5. Fees & Payment
- Pricing: Personal ฿59 · Family ฿99 · Organization ฿190 per month (annual and Early Bird options available). Prices exclude VAT.
- 30-day free trial: all plans, no credit card required.
- Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically per the chosen cycle until cancelled.
- Payment methods: domestic — PromptPay, TrueMoney, mobile banking · international — PayPal.
6. Refund Policy
30-day satisfaction guarantee — if you are not satisfied within the first 30 days after payment, you may request a full refund by contacting our team. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
7. Storage
Each plan includes the stated storage. If you reach the limit, you can purchase additional storage at the published rate.
8. Rewards & Zeny
- Using the app earns experience points (EXP) and Zeny, redeemable for goods/benefits as the Company specifies.
- Zeny is not currency or a cash-redeemable asset. It cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash unless the Company states otherwise.
- The Company reserves the right to adjust terms, redemption rates, or discontinue reward items with reasonable prior notice.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, access systems without authorization, disrupt or compromise security, reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to infringe others' rights.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, software, logos, and app content are the Company's property. Data you record ("User Content") remains yours; you grant the Company the rights necessary to process it to provide the Service.
11. Disclaimer & Financial Notice
actorio is a tool to help manage and plan finances, not an investment, financial, tax, or legal advisor. Data, reports, and forecasts are for reference only and do not constitute financial advice. All decisions are your responsibility. The Service is provided "as is", and the Company is not liable for indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.
12. Suspension & Termination
You may cancel anytime. The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and will note the last-updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
